Estimated shipping times- North America: 7-10 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
The Back Rack gladly accepts returns! Please follow the following policies:
Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Your return will be processed back to your original payment. Please give us 3-5 business days in order to process the return once received.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges
Please follow the same timeframe as stated above with returns:
Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
You must pay for return postage. DON'T WORRY! You will be reimbursed in a gift card amount once the item arrives back to our office to shop with us again. Please give us 3 business days to ship out your exchange back to you.
